Our team of experienced professional Project Managers each manage their own portfolio of clients. This dedicated approach gives the client a direct contact within the KPS projects team, accelerating turnaround times and increasing clear communications lines. This also allows us to develop strong relationships with clients to ultimately deliver successful outcomes together.
Our approach to Projects at KPS ensures we have a “golden thread” through our processes. Each KPS Project Manager manages their client as part of their overall portfolio of clients, from initial feasibility survey, through to project handover/completion. Throughout this time we will regularly attend client briefings (on behalf of the client), produce and supply all the relevant Health & Safety documentation (RAMS, Health & Safety plan, Traffic Management Plan, etc.) prior to any works taking place, produce project programmes, supply clear and transparent costings in the correct format, undertake site safety audits, manage the daily works taking place on site, monitor quality through the duration of the works and finally, sign off and handover the project.
Our approach to projects increases who’s accountable, but also improves the overall process, making it smoother and more streamlined, as it remains with the project lead throughout its duration. We review workloads internally at regular intervals, and we have the ability to move projects around internally (at peak times) as required to ensure we meet client expectations on delivery.
