“I have worked with Knightsbridge property services across three contracts, Overseas Escorting, In Country Escorting and most recently Heathrow IRC. Whilst working on the Overseas contract KPS won the tender for the full refurbishment of the base at Spectrum House, throughout these works KPS’s flexibility, collaboration and willingness to provide solutions set them apart from any other contractor I have worked with.

When moving to the Heathrow IRC contract I was project managing the extensive refurbishment works needed across the site and after having a very bad experience with the incumbent contractor of choice at the time I asked Will and KPS to quote of the next area for refurbishment, we haven’t looked back since. Will and his team have supported the management here with technical assurance, building control and handling communications with MOJ estates, Home Office and MACE. Working collaboratively, delivering consistently to a very high standard within the timeframes and when needed adding additional resource to meet revised timelines due to operational demands.
