Mitie Care & Custody, Gatwick Operations Centre
KPS was appointed to deliver a full design and build refurbishment scheme for Mitie Care & Custody at its Gatwick Operations Centre.
The project involved the conversion of dilapidated office spaces into a new training, office and meeting environment for the overseas escorting team.
Quadrant Court, Woking – Multi-Floor Reinstatement Following Water Damage
KPS was appointed to carry out the reinstatement of building fabric, mechanical and electrical services following a significant water damage incident at Quadrant Court in Woking.
The works covered multiple floors, from the 4th floor plantroom through to ground level, requiring a coordinated approach to testing, repair
Liberty Primary School, SEN Classroom and ARP Unit Refurbishment
KPS was appointed by Merton Council to deliver refurbishment and alteration works at Liberty Primary School in Mitcham.
The project involved adapting and upgrading existing classrooms to create a standalone Additional Resource Provision, ARP, unit within the school grounds.
Halifax Kilburn Roof Refurbishment
KPS was appointed by Mitie to deliver a full roof refurbishment and associated remedial works at Halifax Bank on Kilburn High Road in London.
The project focused on restoring the building’s weatherproofing and overall condition following previous water ingress,
Cranbrook Library Family Hub Refurbishment
KPS was appointed by Kent County Council to deliver a full internal upgrade and associated external works at Cranbrook Library in Kent. The project supported the building’s transition into a family hub, with newly formed rooms created to accommodate a wider range of services.

KPS was appointed by Kent County Council to deliver internal refurbishment and alteration works at Sittingbourne Library in Kent. The project focused on improving the functionality, accessibility and flexibility of the building for both library users and wider community services.
