Lloyds Folkestone, Grade II Listed Roof & Render Works
KPS supported the completion of roof and render works at Lloyds Folkestone, a Grade II listed building requiring a careful and conservation-led approach.
The project began following a roof leak and developed into a wider package of works, including a full roof replacement,
APHA Weybridge Calorifier Upgrade
KPS was appointed to deliver a lifecycle upgrade at the DEFRA / APHA Science Estate in Weybridge, Surrey, working in partnership with supply partner ISS.
The project involved the replacement of four steam calorifiers across two plant rooms,
Old Byfleet Fire Station, Shell and Core Refurbishment
KPS was appointed by Surrey County Council to carry out essential structural and weatherproofing works to the Grade II listed Old Byfleet Fire Station.
The building, which is approximately 140 years old, had been unused and exposed to the elements for around 40 years.
Multi-Site Security & Infrastructure Upgrade Programme
KPS delivered a series of security and infrastructure upgrade works across multiple live sites in Brighton, Bristol and Margate. The programme included works within occupied commercial and government environments, requiring careful planning, phased delivery and close coordination with clients,
